Yoga In Nature

Treat yourself to some time out in the open air in beautiful Westhavelland. Depending on the weather, you’ll practice yoga either right on the idyllic lakeshore—with a view of the water and fresh air—or in a relaxed setting in the covered studio with a view of the open fields.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing yoga for a while, you’re warmly welcome. Our classes are all about finding your center, taking a deep breath, and recharging your energy.

My Style Of Yoga

I teach Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga.

I completed my teacher training course in India where I was introduced to unique techniques for clearing emotional blockages and self-healing which are used in Indian Naturopathy.
